“It's a beautiful venue,” Luocha replies, “like fine china. Though I'm sure the General has seen many such decorative halls.” She says it with a tilt of her head, and a minute lean towards Jing Yuan's arm.
“It is,” Jing Yuan agrees, “fragile as such porcelain too. A shame, but we all suffer from such vanities.” She observes how Luocha watches her lips, lingering, eyes flicking up only at the end of her sentence.
