"My life had become a circus." This is the thought that comes to Andres de la Vega's mind as he has to deal with the chaotic fallout of escaping a cult determined to trap him in a fundamentalist hell. It wasn't the Willows coming after him and his compatriots, hoping the courts would force him back to his personal circle of hell, that was driving Andres crazy. The solution is very simple, really, as a lot of the old-fashioned things used to be. Your boy will take a paddling, and then you may both go on your merry way."
"I'm not gonna let you paddle my son," John said. He still had to be careful with his tone; he was outnumbered inside a police station, but he thought that under the circumstances, the cops would forgive his rage.
"Oh, I won't be laying a finger on your child," the sheriff replied. "You'll be the one to do it. Half a dozen swats, and I let you and yours walk."
John didn't have to ask what would happen if he didn't take the deal.

Summary
Taken by the middle landers as spoils in a war with the northern lands, Aiden finds himself sold to one of their kind as a bed-slave. Who has gotten it into his mind to train one exactly as he wants his bed slave to be. Later adding some more slaves to his collection, but always Aiden remains to be something special… which means more suffering for him.

"You did three mistakes", the master said. "Can you tell me which?"
"No?", Aiden said.
"That makes four."
Aiden grimaced, but he really didn’t know what those mistakes might be.
The hand left his shoulder and the master sounded further away when he spoke.
"First", he said and then a blow with the cane struck Aidens ass. He yelped as pain blossomed and took a step forward.
"That makes five", the master said. Aiden pressed his eyes shut. What the heck had he done wrong now?
"First", the master repeated, this time luckily without a blow. "You’ll address me as 'master' when you speak to me. Remember it."
