People walk past them in the mall, scurrying here and there, going about their lives, and honestly they probably aren’t paying attention to some kid and his dad, but Oliver can’t help but feel like every eye in the place is on him.
“We don’t have to, Ollie,” Henry says gently, putting a hand on his shoulder. “We can try it another time, or order your things online.”
“But if I do that, I might get the wrong kind,” Oliver explains, biting his lower lip. “If I go in, they can help me find the right stuff.”
“Well then let’s go,” Henry says with a nod.
“But what if someone from school sees me?”
