Summary
Something’s wrong with Yuuji. Megumi can see it in the bags under his eyes. His clothes have been fitting a little loosely. He’s avoiding the inevitable conversation, but he can only hide for so long.
The problem is, Megumi’s sort of trash at this whole talking-things-out stuff.
— They cruise by October, then December, and in the blink of an eye, they’ve finished their first year of high school. Yuuji’s hit his quota. He’s eating fingers, they’re training like madmen, and the everpresent pangs of doom don’t really ease up. When they find the remaining fingers, Yuuji will die.
