  Summary

  Somewhere Else is an island called Ichishi (first death) on an ocean called the Grand Line.

  It's an island covered in fog and ruins and spiderwebs, one very large tree, and a sprawling city stretching most of the western shores.

  Nobody's quite sure what to make of it - least of all the residents.
