He'll be the Hero he couldn't be.
Or, Midoriya Izuku was Quirkless, was gifted a Quirk from All Might, went to Yuuei, fought in a War, lived through the After and was supposed to die. Only he finds himself back in the past with a skewed moral code, PTSD, and an extreme desire to stop his friends from dying brutal deaths. He is going to change the future, make some friends, maybe find a boyfriend, give some Villains a reason to be better and stop some Heroes. For better or for worse.

All Might, has been invited to teach at U.A. a number of times, and this time he had accepted. Accepted only to pull back at the last minute. Because, apparently, All Might, was too busy to grace the halls if U.A. with his illustrious presence. All Might, Enji thought not for the first time and certainly not for the last, as he stomped his way towards his first class of the year, could go die in a fire.
Enji was a hero. He had trained to be a hero, he had been payed to be a hero all his life. He had a job, he was good at it. So why in gods good name, Why was he forced to babysit forty suicidal teenagers amped up on hormones and hellbent on saving the world?
Alternatively: The commission decides Enji's teaching skills are too advanced to be wasted on one child so they gave him all of 1-A. God help us all
