"Who might you be?" The man looked down at her curiously.
"Please! Please help me, he going to kill me!" She cried grabbing at his tailored clothes. He looked down at this small child, her wide bright blue eyes pleading for his help. He couldn't help but wonder why someone would try to kill her, for a moment he thought maybe it had been one of his siblings hunting her.
"Who is trying to kill you?" He questioned. leaning down to look into her eyes.
"My father. My father is going to kill me." With those words his eyes darkened. He straightened for a moment, trying to collect himself. Willing the storm inside him to clam. He could hear the footsteps approaching rapidly, He bent down to speak to the child again. Warm eyes meeting her frightened ones.
"Worry not, I will take care of it." He told her. She looked at him as if she couldn't believe that someone was really going to help her.
"You will?"
" Yes," He spoke as he stood back up and his eyes darkened again with such anger and regret. "No father should treat their child like that."
Then he was gone, as if he vanished from thin air and she was left with the clam water of the lake being lit up by the moon.Bookmarked by prowirus

Aro - unlike his brothers - likes to leave the piazza on the rare occasion so while on the hunt for his next meal, he caught a whiff of something mouth-watering. The blood didn't sing to him but it did make him ravenous.
It was coming from a young red-headed woman with striking green eyes too ethereal to be entirely human. Aro waited until she was alone when he struck.
He wasn't assaulted with the girl's memories or emotions upon contact - he drank unable to get enough.
