Summary
Ashkar, an orc warrior leading his war-band against the human lord who has been encroaching on his people's land, discovers a creature out of legend in the torture chambers below the human's manor. With elves belonging more to old folk tales than to the everyday life he lives, how is he supposed to help someone as hurt and traumatised as the elf he now finds himself looking after - especially when they don't even speak the same language?
Veran, an elf captured by humans on his first foray out of his deep forest home, finds himself in the company of unlikely rescuers - but are they really there to help, or has he just gone from one captor to another? Ashkar seems kind, but with no way of understanding what their expectations are of him and no way to fight back, as injured as he is, fear and trauma muddy the waters of this first contact in over a thousand years.

Summary
The screen set up above the webcam let Victor see the chat, and the video they were reacting to. The video of him. It was easier, in some ways, to focus on the words; it took more concentration to make sense of them, and that concentration meant he could think less about his body. But at the same time, looking at the chat meant he had to acknowledge that there were people out there - over a hundred, according to the numbers - who were watching this. Watching Mask hurt him. Paying to dictate what tools Mask used.
Victor wakes up in the streaming setup of a streamer who goes by Masked Maniac, who specialises in giving his viewers the authentic, unscripted torture sessions they want. Nothing too bad - can't damage the merchandise beyond use, after all! - but "too bad" is a matter of opinion, and Mask's definition is very different to Victor's.

Summary
It just kind of bugs Archer. Beau is so casual with it, too. “Hurry up, princess,” when Archer was taking too long to set up his add-ons for their next battle. “Let’s do that, princess,” when Archer suggested a strategy for a battle or a mission. Or even, “Missed me, princess?” when Archer commented that it had been a while since they’d done a proper session together.
Maybe Beau is just a ridiculous person who calls his friends random shit all the time. Archer wouldn’t mind that, but the part that he does mind, is that he likes being called ‘princess’. He actually enjoys it. It makes him feel warm and cared for, which is fucking ridiculous, because Beau is just his buddy who he plays an online roleplaying game with.
