Summary
Lucifer has always kept his distance from sinners. It's what keeps him (relatively) sane — if he gets too close, he is haunted by visions of the tragic mortal lives that landed them in Hell.
But in his new life at the Hotel, it is more difficult than ever to stay away — and when it comes to light that his daughter's insufferable facilities manager is gravely wounded, it falls to Lucifer to deliver his soul from Death.
In so doing, he falls headfirst into the sins, past lives, and heartbreaks of the one human whose contradictions he is powerless to resist.

When Alastor is hit in the chest with divine power, it creates a hole in reality that transports him to a different timeline to a month before the Extermination, one where Lucifer and Charlie have a stronger relationship, and where Alastor might just be friends with the Devil? He needs to figure out a way to get back, but what if this new dynamic changes his feelings about the clownish king? What if, instead of fighting... he starts falling?

Summary
Without Rosie's deal assuring him his status in hell, Alastor turns his attention to the one in charge. Eternity was a long time, and he wouldn't risk spending it any lower than what he deemed suitable. He just had to convince the fool of a king to go along with it.

Summary
Nightmares were Lucifer's normal, coming almost every single night for thousands of years. He was used to them, used to the constant state of exhaustion, the anxiety that enveloped him like a thick fog, something he'd accepted he'd never get rid of, as much a part of him as his wings.
So, when he started waking up feeling actually rested for once, he couldn't help but feel a little suspicious.
