Summary
The door opened and both Kara and Lena’s jaws dropped in shock. Kara’s doppelganger strode into the room, a version of Kara sans bangs wearing a supersuit neither woman recognized.
“Who are you?” Kara-2 ordered, and Lena felt Kara stiffen in front of her.
“Who are you?” Kara retorted defiantly and Lena rolled her eyes, catching as she finished that both Karas had the same stubborn, confused set to their face.
“I’m Kara Zor-El,” Kara’s double replied. “Champion of Earth.”
Kara’s brow furrowed. “I’m Kara Zor-El, Champion of Earth.” There was a tense standoff as the two superheroes processed the information, before Kara worked her jaw and spoke. “Which Earth is this?”

“Lena.”
It's the first time Supergirl has called her by her name. Not Kara, but Supergirl. She startles at the sound of it, at how much she likes hearing Kara say it even when she's like this. Kara is looking at her with such care and she doesn't deserve it. Doesn't deserve any of it. No one has ever loved her, and maybe there's a good reason. There has to be.
Lena's free hand clenches into a fist.
“What?” She says, a bit too sharp, a bit slurred. “I'm fine.”

Enid continued, chuckling. “It’s strange, isn’t it? Seven years in Boston, and now I’m just leaving.”
Wednesday remained silent for a moment. Enid kept talking, trying to make things easier, “I thought about asking you to come with me, but I knew you’d say no.”
Wednesday turned to face her, her voice quiet but unwavering, “You should have asked me anyway.”
Enid blinked in surprise. Something shifted within her. “Would you have said yes?”
Wednesday replied, “Enid, you are the only thing that would ever make me leave.”

OR: Wednesday and Enid go to Yoko and Divina's wedding and there they need to face the fact that the next day Enid will move to London and neither have told the other that being best friends just doesn't suffice anymore.
