As far as Jim was concerned, things were going well! Well, they were until Merlin showed up and started lecturing him on messing with time when he was trying to talk to Claire who was clueless about trolls or anything else.
Jim really didn't want Toby or anyone to find out about the future, it wouldn't happen so they don't need to carry that burden besides him. Not that they would remember. Right? Wrong.
Things certainly didn't improve when Jim realizes he is slowly turning back into a troll!
What will his friends do when they remember the future?
What will they do when they realize he's becoming a troll?
What will Jim do?

Summary
Some people in Arcadia would say James Lake Junior has an ordinary life, most would say a nice life. But boy were they wrong.
This story will dive into Jim's past with an angst ridden tale with his father playing a pivotal role in an unexpected way, all the while Jim and Claire get closer than ever, while Claire unlocks her magic and goes head to head with great sorceress' and sorcerers. But that's getting ahead of ourselves this story begins on an ordinary morning in Arcadia Oaks but first some backstory for out Trollhunter.
This is basically A TOA AU where Jim is less sheltered and has more enemy's and is so to say ready to fight.

Summary
The 1,000-year war against the Demon King had finally ended, thrusting humanity into a new era of peace. However, it was hard-won, with many devastating losses. The sacrifices were worth it in the end, but that didn’t mean they didn’t leave wounds that would take a lifetime to heal for the survivors.
Former demon, Kamado Nezuko, lamented being unable to properly meet many of the people from her memories before Muzan and his creations cruelly killed them. Still, she did her best to look forward to the future.
Sometimes, she would overhear talk of regrets and what-ifs. And each time, she would silently recall how she barely even had a choice in the time she lost after her humanity was stripped away from her. Could she have made a bigger difference if she could choose?
The opportunity to answer that question came with her waking up to find herself biting down on a familiar bamboo muzzle.
TLDR: Post-canon Nezuko gets thrown back in time to the start of the series with her consciousness and memories intact. She is determined to work towards a better future.
