Summary
In the aftermath of the trial of seven, Baelor Targaryen yet lives, and the realm lingers in uneasy silence as the days pass without sign of the prince stirring. Ashford Castle has become little more than an open grave, vultures circling in the form of whispering lords while grief clings to its halls.
In the shadow of those days, Dunk finds no rest. His body remains battered and bloodied, his thoughts circling endlessly around guilt and a rage that has settled on one man alone.
Peace will not come to him, least of all when Aerion Targaryen steps into his chamber one night, bruised and furious, a knife in his hand and very much alive.
Carrying with him something the trial had only awakened.

Summary
“My lord father says I am to have you as my own personal knight,” Aerion said. His voice had turned gentler over the many years they'd been apart, with less malice but still a tinge bitter.
Dunk willed himself not to bask in the rich scent the omega gave off. It had to have been one of the loveliest scents Dunk had ever come across.
He composed himself, remembering his place, “M’lord, I'm here to provide you protection, and to serve in whatever way you’ll have me.”
「 King Baelor is alive and well, and the realm is at peace. Aerion and Dunk reunite more than 20 years after the trial of seven, but Aerion has become a jaded omega, unclaimed, untouched, unwanted, and has been told that by the age of 40, he will become infertile, thus rendering him useless to the Targaryen family. But when he reaches his 39th year, a certain knight comes back into his life to take on the role of his new bodyguard. 」

Summary
This is what it felt to be a dragon.
Then something stabbed through the side of his ribcage and the Prince hissed.
A scale.
Aerion stared in horror as reptilian scales grew out of his skin, covering his body inch by inch.
-
Dunk stood wide eyed in horror as he witnessed innocent people be surrounded by fire.
Even a half-wit man like Dunk would know that there was no name for the giant, fire-breathing monster that had suddenly appeared, one that invoked such terror and strife and that caused such ruckus and swallowed people with its breath; other than Dragon.OR
To show his true strength in the trial of seven, Omega Aerion drinks wildfire earlier than in canon but this time it doesn't kill him. It turns him into the beast he always thought himself as, just with less control than anticipated.
Alpha Dunk is sent on a quest to bring Aerion back to himself after he flew off in exchange of pardon for his crimes. Nobody informed him he would have to tame the dragon that was the prince, who is a lot more pleasant as a scaly beast.
