Summary
Jayce Talis has a problem. Two of them, in fact.
Problem #1: Jayce is paired with Ekko for Heimerdinger’s capstone engineering course. But Ekko isn’t the problem here: It’s Heimerdinger’s response to their new project, which results in him confiscating Jayce’s life’s work on Hextech and taking it who knows where.
Enter Viktor: Ekko’s reclusive roommate at Zeta Omega Nu who just so happened to be Heimerdinger’s assistant until a recent falling out left them at odds. With Viktor’s help, Jayce is sure he can get back his research and achieve his Hextech dream.
Problem #2: Jayce needs to get fucked. Badly.
Enter Viktor: Ekko’s best friend who happens to be Jayce’s every fantasy brought to life. But what business does a good boy like Jayce Talis have chasing after punk boys with tattoos and bad attitudes on the verge of expulsion?
If Jayce could just find a way to talk to him, Viktor could be the solution to all of Jayce’s problems. Except…Jayce has already been texting Viktor, pretending to be someone else. Because as far as he knows, Viktor's only interested in girls.
So, make that three problems. Maybe even four.

To Piltover, Jayce and Viktor are some of the finest lawyers of their generation. To one another, they’re something else.
“Tell me everything,” Mel says. So Viktor does.
She takes down notes, and Viktor sips his coffee, and he braces himself for something he cannot hope to brace himself for, because he will most likely be working the most important case of his life with the renowned Medarda & Talis Firm.
The naming might get confusing, as it occasionally has when Viktor has taken cases opposite them. His solo firm is called Talis Law.
It had been a spiteful choice, intended as final fuck you to the man he will soon be working alongside.
Viktor had refused to give Jayce his surname back in the divorce.
