“I am an Admirals fan,” the stranger said, turning back to Scott. “In fact, you could probably say I’m Scott Hunter’s biggest fan.”
A pit of jealousy began to rise in Scott’s stomach, until he realized that he was Scott Hunter.

Real Kip with his denim jacket that is not warm enough for New York, and a knit hat that is doing nothing to tame his wild curls. Real Kip, who is looking at Scott with a far too sad smile.
“Hi,” He says from where he’s still standing in the doorway, stuck there with one foot in Scott’s life, and the rest of his body out of it. He looks awkward and windswept and more beautiful than he’s ever been before.
