Summary
Sam and Dean are closer than most brothers. They know their relationship can be more than a little complicated at times. When Dean suddenly has the realization that his feelings towards his brother might not be entirely innocent, he deals with it the best way he knows how. Determined not to bring his brother down with him, Dean distances himself from Sam but is it already too late? Consanguinity is the chronicling of Sam and Dean as they figure out for themselves just what brotherhood means.

Bookmarker's Notes
Situational Machismo: Following a slightly different take on a body swap, this fic is a beautiful, angsty exploration of Sam and Dean's changing relationship.
Sequelae: Also beautiful and angsty as Sam and Dean try to ignore their growing feelings for each other.
There was meant to be a 3rd part according to the writer but it's never been.posted. The ending feeds nicely into canon though so doesn't feel unfinished.

Summary
“Just hurry,” Sam says, his face still illuminated by the afterglow of his laughter. “If I have to wait too long, I might just eat all the pie without you.”
Dean frowns. “You wouldn’t dare.”
“Only one way to find out,” Sam says lightly, and sticks his plastic fork into the rhubarb pie.
“You are going to be sick if you eat all that,” Dean points out, just in case Sam is serious about his plan.
“And it would be worth it just to see your face,” Sam grins, and his face is still so impossibly bright, content in the moment, open, affectionate, that Dean is afraid he might be blinded if he doesn’t look away.

An alternate ending to the finale and later seasons first time. I love oblivious Dean finally seeing what's right in front of him.

Summary
"You know why. I'm not leaving my brother alone out there."
Sam is dependent on Dean's touch and closeness after the wall falls - Dean's presence reminds him of why he chose to wake up, and keeps the memories at bay, allowing Sam to function.
The brothers have to face up to what happens when their Winchester codependency becomes literal, and the physical, spatial and temporal boundaries of their bond blur the line between familiar and suffocating, comforting and limiting.- Language:

Have read this multiple times and for some reason never bookmarked it even though it is a definite fave. Takes place after Sam's wall comes down but before Bobby's death. Only Dean's touch seems to help.

Summary
Any initial awkwardness filtered away over a hundred miles of highway as Sam thumbed through the missing witch’s diary again. Some people had secret coke habits or secret second wives, and some people had passionate, pitch black, no-kissing sex with a family member every four to six months and never talked about it. You had to find ways to cope.

Another late seasons wincest feelings realisation despite fucking for years. Bit of angst but a happy ending. An entertaining case fic provides some levity. Yet another entry on my all time favourite wincest fic list by the amazing applecrumbledore.

Summary
“Have you been doing laundry? Where are all my boxers?”
Dean kept walking right into this stuff. Sam weighed his options and spoke carefully.
“Half your boxers are in the second drawer of my dresser. You didn’t like going to get clean underwear, in the morning, so you made me clear out a drawer for you.” He paused. “I’ve got a drawer in your room, too.”
Dean looked physically pained. “That… can’t be true.”
Sam sighed and went back to his book. “I know you don’t remember, but we had a lot of sex. You’re gonna have to trust me.”
