Summary
Maryam Naidu’s enemy is the man she shares an office with. The other intern she’s battling with to get the permanent position after the summer. The man she most certainly does not have feelings for because he is annoying and he steals her snacks.
And then, her best friend invites her over to dinner at an old family friend’s and that dinner just so happens to be at her enemy's house. And suddenly, he’s not as annoying. And he’s actually far more good looking out of the sallow lighting of the office.
She really, really, really does not like Jonathan Goodman – except, she’s a liar. A massive liar.

Summary
You grew up with the Goodmans as your next-door neighbours. A couple of years younger than Jonny, the two of you became inseparable until you moved to Wales at the age of fifteen. You kept in contact and remained close friends, with Jonny often coming to visit you in Wales.
Though usually Jonny would come to Wales to visit you, you were down in London and Jackie had insisted you stay at the Goodmans' family home, with Jonny also staying with them for the duration of your visit.
What could go wrong? A great many things of course.

Summary
