Seriously, dude, get a grip.” Martyn let go of her shirt, which was a good thing since the collar was starting to cut Lizzie’s air way off way faster then she was ready for. She could appreciate some choking, but not like that. “I swear to God, Lizzie, if it wasn’t for Cleo I would’ve-”
“Left me for dead on the doorsteps of the school, I know.” Lizzie cut him off with a wave, choosing to pinch her nose closed in hopes to stop the bleeding.
Lizzie just wants to feel something again, Cleo just wants Lizzie to stop spiraling.

"I know you will try to save them anyways, so I will tell you now that there is only one way for them to survive.” Techno stops for a second and waits for his little brother's prompting. Luckily, his brother has not yet gone headfirst into one of his rebellious moods, and therefore actually does do what he is meant to.
It takes Tommy a second to muster up the courage to speak, he knows whatever the answer is it is going to be terrible. Looking into his brother's eyes he steels himself, “What is it?”
“When brewing the poison I also brewed the antidote. It is in my inventory right now.” Techno pauses again, his hands stroking my face so tenderly it hurts. Tommy thinks he sees where Techno is going with this. Tommy’s life for theirs.
“To get it you have to kill me.”
Or

Grian froze for a second, seeming to go over the new information at lightning speed before a tight smile formed. “Maybe not the group now, but he fits perfectly with the group I have planned.” Joel felt the air chill as his phone buzzed. “I’m just deciding whether or not you fit in it.”
Joel tries to find his footing within the populars, all while balancing Grian's demands and the constant stress about living a lie.
