What happens when Agatha Van Helsing arrives not in Heaven or Hell, after she blows up the Demeter, but in the strange purgatory of a regency novel she barely remembers reading. Where familiar faces hide unfamiliar characters, and the only other person who knows the truth, is the very last person she would choose as her happily ever after.
Is any of this real or is it just a dream?
And if so, is the only way to wake up to see the story through to its conclusion? Something that would a hell of a lot easier if Count Dracula wasn’t determined to throw literary tropes out the window, along with the good name of Fitzwilliam Darcy.

Agatha Van Helsing just wanted to finish her 150 years of conscripted service and move on with the rest of her immortal life. She really didn’t care about taking a seat on the council, it was never about power for her, she just wanted access to all those “lost manuscripts”. The recovered contents from the library of Alexandria would be enough to keep her amused for at least a century.
Just 27 years to go.
It was a mantra often repeated. Every year of service brought the total down, and after 123 years it finally felt like the end was in sight. Since the night she had washed up on that English beach, no longer human, and not yet a fully-fledged vampire…That had come some weeks later, along with Agatha’s introduction to the hidden society of the undead. Now the reappearance of a certain Count, was turning her carefully laid plans upside down. Sure, someone needed to retrieve Dracula, and induct/rehabilitate him properly into undead society, but why the hell did that someone have to be her?

Summary
This summer was the breaking point for Harry Potter. On top of the verbal and physical abuse he went through, he now has to compete in a competition he did not sign up for. Summary
Count Dracula firmly believes that there are only three things needed to live a good, full life: great food, great alcohol, and great sex.
