Summary
After twelve-year-old Mike Ross's parents are killed in a car accident, his grandmother moves them both across the country to Southern California. It's the summer of 1962, and instead of enjoying himself with his best friend, Trevor, Mike is alone and sullen in the sunny suburbs - until he meets Harvey Specter and the rest of the kids at the Sandlot. There's only one catch: Harvey and his friends live and breathe baseball, and Mike doesn't know how to play.

Now he was following Rodney around like some sort of robotic bodyguard and Rodney was definitely not enjoying the attention. Not at all.
