Summary
Since Rhaegar’s birth six moons had passed. After the first the maestar had declared Aegon to be able to try for another babe but to be careful. Aegon had had several heats which his husband never attended and Jacaerys himself had gone into rut without ever calling for Aegon. His husband didn’t speak to him, call for him, no he didn’t even spare Aegon a glance.
Today, Aegon would change that.

After losing the war the Greens could do nothing but kneel to the new King Jacaerys Targaryen. And upon the reveal of Aegon's true omega nature it is clear how House Targaryen will be reunited. But after over a year of marriage and a son Aegon does not know what he is doing wrong for his husband makes no attempt to even speak to him. And if he wishes to save his marriage and secure his and his son's position he will have to remedy that.

They had been married for a year now, he and Jace, and while this was the most typical of arranged marriage possible (an arrangement that kept both their families from being at each other's throats), Aegon couldn't say he was unhappy (as his mother had been in similar circumstances). Nor did he feel restricted, as he might with some other alpha. On the contrary, after his marriage (despite Alicent's dire predictions) he felt so free from any pressure for the first time in his life. Aegon could quite literally do—or not do—whatever he wanted within reason, and his nephew, now his husband, was quite lenient. However, he hadn't had the urge to engage in any scandalous escapades, such as visiting the Silk Street, for a long time, so he hadn't had the opportunity to test the limits of this lenience.
So, yes, Aegon wasn’t unhappy. But there was also something that did not allow him to call himself truly happy.

Summary
Jacaerys survives the Dance of the Dragons.
King’s Landing falls back to the blacks once more. He discovers his uncle, Aegon, now living as a prisoner of the blacks.
With bitterness and anger still boiling between the two factions, he plans to end the war while taking back control of his mother's throne.
The Usurper must pay, not with his death but with his life.
Jacaerys is determined to put the warring factions to rest no matter the cost. Failing to resolve, he takes the most destructive path to deal with grief, through revenge. Aegon is insistent on fighting for the throne. Both men are struggling for control and for their own survival.
When the blacks win, alpha!Jacaerys and alpha!Aegon struggle to pick up the pieces caused by the consequence of their war along with staying sane.

There were a few things Aegon was certain of: he was to be married Jacaerys his nephew in exactly three moons, if there was ever to again be peace in the keep something would need to be done about the growing rivalry between his betrothed and brother, and the undue stress he was being put under was making him grow round about his middle. It was no matter though, Aegon would do what it took to ensure everything would be absolutely perfect for his weeklong nuptial celebration, even if that meant he had to trick his brother and lover into the same bed. After all, he always solved his issues with either of them in the bedroom, why shouldn't they do the same for each other?
