Summary
In the days before humans, angels possessed a unique ability to tether themselves to the essence of the universe around them, and to each other. It brought them strength and harmony, and helped hold together creation itself.

Summary
Alastor never expected to have a child. After the death of his mother, he had resigned himself to being alone. That resignation had only solidified when he arrived in Hell, and all that it entailed. Yet somehow, a century or so later, he found himself with a fully grown child and tentative relationship with the King of Hell.
