Summary
Anakin and Obi-Wan help out in the creche as the younglings make cards and learn an important holiday lesson about love as opposed to attachment. It turns out Anakin needs to learn that lesson too.
While trying to avoid the answer to a question about who Anakin's best friend is, Anakin accidentally ends up with a rotating list of best friends consisting of every youngling in the creche. Everyone gets a turn to be Anakin Skywalker's best friend which leaves Obi-Wan, who was once fairly confident in his status as Anakin's best friend, strangely hurt. Why didn't he just answer the question with the answer everyone expected and save them all the trouble?
After everything they've been through, does Anakin not know how Obi-Wan feels about him? Or worse, does Anakin not feel the same?

Jonathan Kent is not happy with his son's decision to stay home and go to Kansas State in the fall when he believes Clark should go to Met U, insisting that he can take care of the farm just fine without Clark. Mine. The word sends a surge of desire so strong it makes Clark dizzy with it. If it weren’t for the ropes, for the sharp pressure of Lex’s fingers in his hair, his knees would buckle, sending him kneeling at Lex’s polished oxfords.
“Oh, Superman.” Lex says with fond condescension, the name clanging like a wrong note. “Your body betrays you.”

Obi-Wan, he's about to say, but he stops himself in a panic. How can he call the man he's in love with his best friend, when Jedi aren't supposed to have best friends to begin with?
He has to set a good example for these younglings. He has to show Obi-Wan that he's taking his duties seriously, despite his earlier reluctance, and he has to show him that he's a good Jedi.
Jedi don't have best friends, so Anakin doesn't, either.
After a disastrous visit to the creche, Anakin accidentally finds himself best friends with everyone in the galaxy. Everyone, that is, but Obi-Wan.

It was two years on from returning Leia to her adoptive parents on Alderaan, and it wasn't that Obi-Wan didn't think he deserved to be haunted by his former Padawan; he knew he very much did. But at least all his previous visions had had the decency to stay outside. And silent.
Now Obi-Wan has an apparition of Darth Vader showing up in his home on Tatooine, standing over him in his kitchen, and sitting down with him at mealtimes. And, to make matters worse, he keeps saying the oddest things.
Things like, "I'm sorry," and "I killed Emperor Palpatine," and "I handed the Imperial government over to Bail Organa in exchange for your address."
Worst of all: "I love you, Obi-Wan."
Crazy old wizard, indeed.
