He wasn't forceful. The latter's tone stayed patient and calm. He could never hurt someone he cared so dearly for.
007n7 hesitated for a moment, looking to the side with an unreadable expression. He did want this, but in all honesty; he really didn't want Noli to comment or notice the changes his body had been going through. He was getting really insecure about his body lately, presumably due to his lack of self care.
OR: 007n7 is feeling fatigued and tired after neglecting his health, as well as insecure. Noli decides to help him like the good boyfriend he is, even if his ways aren't exactly 'practical'.

Summary
Summers were the worst, Noli decided. It was too hot to go out— the sun and the humidity had a way of sapping all the energy out of you until you felt just about ready to collapse. If Noli tried to bundle up to shield his skin from the glaring sunlight and stray mosquitoes, a part of him is convinced he’d melt and seep away into the cracks between the asphalt the moment he got out of the apartment. It was miserable, spending all day lying around in hopes of things finally cooling off in the evening.
“Sev,” he groans, turning his head. “I think I’m gonna die. Tell me you have something to make it colder… make it snow. Turn off the sun.”
An effort to cool down from the summer heat turns into something much more dubious.
