"Go 'round again!" Came Jimmy from the ground and Grian permitted a single pant before diving to restart his weave, counting the seconds in his head. He would beat his best.

Actually MENTAL the amount of EMOTIONAL TORMENT this INFLICTED UPON ME. The drama was impeccable. 12 years of french immersion was worth it just for the incorporation of 'Les feuilles mortes' to hit like a BASEBALL FLYING AT 90MPH DIRECTLY TO THE BACK OF MY HEAD. The writing style was incredible, the depth of the characters was amazing and the CLIMAX AAAAHHHH. Swear to God it left me speechless and screaming simultaneously, followed swiftly by shocked sobbing. I've never felt so emotionally wrecked yet satisfied at the end of a fic.
