Summary
The typical nude model is someone like Phil. Phil is forty-nine and paunchy. He's starting to go gray at his temples and in his pubic hair; he likes to pose on a stool, curving his back and curling his fingers together between his knees. Phil is secretly awesome -- he likes the Misfits and builds model trains -- but he's not what Gerard would call prime ogling material. Neither are any of the other models who have posed for the life modeling or anatomy classes Gerard has taken. This semester, Anna was kind of cute, but she whined about the conditions the entire time she was there. In his four years of art school, anyway, Gerard has never once dealt with being attracted to the model.
But this guy is hot.

Summary
it's so easy to slip down to the bottom, it's falling down towers and pillars and watching them crumble with every foot further you sink. it's the crash, your back hitting the cold floor as it all pummels down around you. and then you lay in the rubble, hoping to find yourself not smothered or crushed by the debris. the hard part is to build yourself back up again, stand and dust yourself off and pick up the first brick that feels like it weighs a ton in your hands.
that's where Frank was, slowly gathering himself and his things after the crash of losing a lover. every step he takes upward he begins to slip and feel the stairs crack beneath his own weight. the bottom is dark, lonely and hopeless. it seems he'll never make it out again. then in comes Gerard: a homely store owner who seems to have all the right ropes to pull Frank out of it. he's never been scared of rope but it's as if Gerard is tugging him up all too fast, giving him the bends and strangling him with all the air he breathes back into him. it's terrifying, it's exhilarating, it's so good and so sickening all at the same time.Bookmarked by tomatomilk

Summary
Creating music is something that can often bring all the ugly things to the surface. Tension starts to seep in, and intensifies feelings that are heightened as it is.
When things at The Paramour Estate start going awry, it's a test not only to the band and their friendship, but to Frank Iero's sanity itself.
It begs the question:
What is rooted in reality, and what is simply the trick of an already fragile mind?---
“Frankie-”
Frank shakes his head frantically, “I’m not crazy, don’t look at me like that!” And even if he was, he feels pretty fucking strongly that he is allowed to rave like a mad man after that. “I’m not fucking crazy, you saw it!”
Gerard sighs quietly, reaching out to touch Frank's cheek. “I know you’re scared-” he sounds so reasonable that it makes rage seer through the smaller man’s veins.
On most occasions, Frank loves hearing those gentle tones from Gerard’s mouth. This is not one of those moments. Gerard is trying to calm Frank down, and Frank will not be fucking calmed down.
