Summary
After a year of struggling with dwindling powers, Diana Fairwind, Cleric of Mystra, was finally shoved out of the metaphorical nest. When she'd agreed that time spent away from home with other Mystrans would do her good, getting abducted by mind flayers and pulling one of her goddess's Chosen out of a cliff wasn't what she had in mind.
This is a novelization of the main story of Baldur's Gate 3 & Gale's romance arc.

Summary
In the year following the Absolute Crisis, Gale Dekarios has done his best to rebuild his life in Waterdeep. He’s taken up teaching at his alma mater, started a new research project, and even managed to fill his social calendar. Still, he finds there’s a hole where his tadpoled companions used to be, especially a golden-eyed rogue named Tav. Desperate to recapture the feeling of adventure—and refute a few of Volo’s more outlandish claims—Gale decides to pen his own account of the tadpole crew’s heroic deeds.
But Gale and his friends weren’t the only ones impacted by the events in Baldur’s Gate. With her home destroyed and most of her friends dead or missing, aspiring author Iris Cooper moved to Waterdeep looking to start over. Plagued with nightmares and writer’s block, she’ll try anything to get her creativity back—even starting an after-hours writers’ club in her best friend’s bookstore. And if that writer’s club happens to include a sexy wizard, well, that’s just inspiration for her book, right?
