Summary
Omega Sherlock has learned the art of blending in. He can live in plain sight of all the Alpha's of the world without being found out. The best way to keep his secret is to tell no one, which is hardly an issue. Why would he want to tell anyone?
But then John Watson limps into his life and changes everything.
In his uni years, Sherlock had one bad experience with a flatmate's Alpha boyfriend. Mycroft Holmes is not pleased his baby brother has offered the spare room to an Alpha. However part of the agreement to Sherlock living alone had come down to Mycroft turning his brother's room into a panic room. So Mycroft sits back and waits for the Alpha to turn on his brother.

Summary
Watson is, at the end of every tale, a besotted fool. Content, nay happy, to follow along and ride the wild adventures of his dearest friend. He is, of course, aware of this tendency of his, and the possible implications of it, however he is well-trained in ignoring it, for his safety and his happiness. Decades of work as a physician has allowed him to detach from a situation, to do what is needed without a great deal of thought, and it sees him through most situations.
Most situations. But never all.
