“It was Percy,” she finally spills. “It's Percy, the father is Percy.”
Saying those words out loud makes Annabeth’s stomach growl. She feels nauseous, which she figures probably is not just psychological, all things considered. She has no idea what she’s going to do about this yet, but saying the word father actually makes it feel like a baby for the first time. She lifts her gaze to take in her friends’ stunned expressions, their matching o-shaped mouths and wide eyes.
“Percy Jackson?” Piper gasps. “Percy your-best-fucking-friend Jackson?”or

Summary
His own shock is evident too but she’s having difficulty putting the pieces of his reaction together. He’s happy and seems to have no qualms with her about the unexpectedness of the conception. Actually, he doesn’t seem to have any questions or comments at all regarding her unexpected news. She’s still reeling about what this means for them individually, for their careers, for their relationship. Why isn’t he wondering about all of the same things?
“Would you… like to go back to my apartment to discuss more of the details?” she asks finally. “I would expect you would have more questions before you come to a decision about your involvement.”
His voice gets soft and she resents the way a pleasant tingling sensation explodes in her stomach. “Sure, Bones, we can talk.”

Summary
Annabeth Chase leads a gilded life: on the outside, she is rich in every aspect of life. She walks along an ancestrally paved road of black gold with her hands in the pockets of a Senator and a supermodel, later inheriting a sizable fortune in her mid-20s from her deceased mother. The girls of America vie for even a shred of her presence, her power, her looks, trying and never-quite-succeeding to replicate the perfect curl and color of her honey-blonde hair, her relentless business acumen, and her unwavering charisma.
However, the definition of gilded means “covered thinly in gold,” and Annabeth’s life is no different. Between maintaining forward momentum on her recovery post-rehab, the stress of inheriting a multi-billion dollar business from her estranged dead mom, dealing with her still living family, and the presence of a new stalker, there’s very little seeming good in her real life.
There is one relief, though… unusual and socially ruinous as it is to run an NSFW Tumblr blog when you’re someone like her.
So long as she doesn’t show her face or her voice, she should be safe, but when a professor with the whole package is her mutual, well.
Things can get a little complicated.
