Jimin couldn't help the chuckle that escaped her. She leaned even closer, close enough that she could smell the faint mint lingering on Minjeong's breath, the scent from the gum she always chewed when she studied.
"I heard about you, you know," Jimin murmured, letting the words sink slowly.
That snapped the nerd's attention back. She blinked rapidly, alarmed. "Heard what?"
"That you're... big," Jimin whispered, letting the syllables hang between them like heat in the air. "…big enough to make a girl scream."

Or in other words, Jimin hears a dumb rumor about nerdy Minjeong being… hung, and instead of ignoring it like a normal person she spirals, gets way too curious and decides she has to find out if it’s true. It’s just Jimin being nosy.
