Summary
There was a time he hated Hyperion City and all its memories, but it seemed oddly precious to Nureyev now. How could he hate something that was such a pivotal part of Juno Steel?
He turned the corner and the block that opened up before him had changed since he saw it last, and yet was immediately recognizable. The floating billboards advertised different brands of swill, but the building he was looking for appeared more or less unchanged. His eyes trailed up the rows of windows automatically, locating the correct one, but the neon reflections hid whatever – whoever – may or may not be inside. It was later in the evening than he had planned, thanks to interplanetary time conversions and spaceport delays, and as the building loomed closer he wondered if it was too late.
Too late in the evening, that is. He… he had to believe it was not too late.

Summary
The last time Juno Steel and Peter Nureyev saw each other, it was in a hotel room in Hyperion City—and it hadn't ended well. As far as each of them knows, the other is doing just fine without them. Juno is continuing his work as a brooding, sharpshooter PI and Nureyev is happily thieving his way through the stars.
Then Nureyev wakes up in an unfamiliar woman's bed with a high-tech cybernetic in his eye and a suspicious mayoral candidate in his ear, Juno wakes up in a barren hotel room with a group of identical men banging on his door to demand payment, and they both realize that things aren't quite so simple for their star-crossed love.
Or: It's a Jupeter body swap, y'all.

oh shit. verrrryy interresstingg.. no but pete's backstory stresses me the FUCK out all the time, like theres no way my boy would be chillin and figuring out shit when every moment he's not himself he's getting behind on his payments. like nooo wayyyy hahahhah. so if i were pete i would be more stressed the fuck out and if i were juno i would be fucking scared of the executives i think personally? idk they freak me out. but this is really good (can yall tell that i finally got around to finishing juno today? <3 oops)

Summary
Her eyes fell away from his nervously. “I mean, it’s not like I’d rather die than…” Her cheeks flushed.
“Well, there’s a ringing endorsement." His brow lazed up tiredly, a sigh heaving out of him. “A night with the Doctor, better than death.”
“You know I didn’t mean it that way,” she scolded softly.
“Martha, it’s a rubbish situation all around. I know that. But I'm afraid this is our only way out.”
In one timeline, a blunder on the Torchwood team results in a sex-addicted gas creature possessing an innocent human woman and wreaking deadly, smutty havoc on Cardiff. In another timeline, the TARDIS lands right in the path of the gas, just in time to scare the human woman off. Martha opens the door. The Doctor, as per usual, doesn’t pay enough attention.

Wherein Rory is a perfectly competent nurse and the Doctor makes a lousy patient.
