As much as Sanji does for his crew, his crew delights in getting to take care of him. It can take many, many hands to calm Sanji down once he's worked himself up, but that's nothing his crew can't handle. They wait - not so patiently - for Luffy's all clear before they take their turns, each crewmate enjoying themselves and pleasing Sanji in all of their different ways.
What wonderful ideas and combinations his clever crew is able to enact.
