    Summary

The droning hum of Louis' boredom is going to drive Armand mad. Instead of accepting it, Armand seeks out the kaleidoscope chaos that is Daniel Molloy's mind to learn why he's so special, so fascinating, so interesting.

Every city he finds him in, he learns more before he makes Daniel forget. Every city, Armand grows a little more addicted. And every city, Armand does something he's not supposed to do -- falls a little more in love and eager to give Daniel the memories of who they are together.

he’ll continue to uncover what makes Daniel Molloy so very interesting (and, in turn, learn how he can be like him).

on the off chance that Louis will wake up and see what’s right in front of his face – that he’ll see what Daniel sees in him every time.

“I missed you,” Daniel admits. “I didn’t even know you existed and I still missed you. There was this hole in my life I couldn’t explain."

    Summary

Daniel would undoubtedly be irritated if he knew what the vampire was thinking. The past few minutes have been spent staring at the back of his head, counting each white hair he sees tangled amongst his curls– He’s noticed seven so far, his count not including the lone straggler that he found on Daniel’s chest last week… Either way, his boy doesn’t possess the ability to dip his prying fingers into his head even though he begs for it, knowing that Armand wouldn’t be able to give him that power even if he did pass on the dark gift. So there’s no reason he should be mad at him for something he doesn’t know about.

His hands seek out every curl with a flash of white woven through and he imagines that he claims them as his each time he tugs the somewhat coarse strands. Daniel is his and he hasn’t noticed the hairs himself, otherwise he would’ve plucked them by now, so by default they’re Armand’s.

    Summary

It was easier to ignore the past, to pretend it never happened in the first place. None of that mattered. The Reverend was right. He was doing his best. Even if he didn’t understand it, he had a duty to God. Except…

Two months ago someone new stumbled into the church. The cracks had yawned into an abyss. Armand knelt in front of the marble-carved crucifix and folded his hands.

“Dear God,” Armand raised his eyes, “I’ve had doubts for some time now.”

"Armand hated him so much at that moment. So much so that he wished that he had been cannibalized by that sordid Satanic cult long before he had the chance to know that this torturous and wondrous boy existed."

“You asked if it was still good for me,” Armand breathed. “Daniel, it’s always good with you. You are my kindred soul.”

“I dreamed of your face. I would always forget it when I woke up. But I know it was you. I dreamed of you all the time.”
