Summary
On a foggy night at sea, Jiang Cheng and Jiang Yanli were rescued from a crew of pirates. After many years, things were quiet, but then an attack on the port town alerts the guards and all evidence including the sighting of the ship, all lead it to the ship Suibian, a demonic pirate ship with a crew of the dead, lead by the captain Wei Wuxian, but all is not what it seems especially when Yanli finds herself onboard the ship.
Wei Wuxian is no longer on board and things are not as they seem.
Inspired and based on Pirates of the Caribbean with the chapters named after the soundtracks.

Summary
Wei Ying and Jiang Cheng are the Twin Prides of Yunmeng, rivaling the Twin Jades of Lan. The two are always together on night hunts and on any travels. However, when an accident leaves Jiang Cheng bedridden, Wei Ying is expecting punishment. What he isn't expecting is an opportunity to help the Jiang in the Sun Shot campaign against the Wen Sect. Taking Jiang Cheng's place in the draft, Wei Ying arrives to Cloud Recesses ready to defend his sect as Jiang Cheng. He not only has to convince the disciples that he is Jiang Wanyin, but he has to convince the sect heirs and Gusu Lan's Grandmaster, Zewu-Jun, and Hanguang-Jun. Will he be discovered or will he be successful?

Summary

Summary
Dating a yao is a lot more mundane than some might imagine. Or, at least, less filled with danger. At least for Lan Zhan.
Of course, "dating" may be too strong of a word for it. Currently Lan Zhan is taking it day by day, as Wei Ying wishes, but he is biding his time until he can truly demonstrate to Wei Ying that they have nothing to worry about and that Wei Ying is safe with him.
Years of lonely hunting for scraps, however, have conditioned Wei Ying to be wary of even the most reliable of circumstances. Lan Zhan will not let that dissuade him. He will simply have to make himself more reliable.

“Your parents are cultivators?” Da-ge asked in surprise. “Did they leave you here while they hunted? When did they go on their night hunt?”
“Four summers ago,” Wei Ying said a bit uncomfortable.
“Four summers ago,” Nie Mingjue repeated. “What are your parents’ names?”
“My mama is Cangse Sanren and my baba is Wei Changze,” Wei Ying told him, and recognition registered in Nie Mingjue’s eyes.
“Wei Ying,” Nie Mingjue said, sounding a bit regretful, “Your parents aren’t coming back.”

They’re young, likely young enough that they hadn’t been required to participate in the Sunshot Campaign. Wei Wuxian knows that knowing that he’s the Yiling Laozu is very different from seeing it, and while he doesn’t typically want strangers to fear him, right now he doesn’t particularly care. “Leave us! I’ll save him or I’ll die with him, either way you win, don’t you?”
