Temporary Hiatus, will be back sometime in September!!!

Or, monster hunter Fit returns to his hometown after months of travelling as a hunter for hire. Upon returning, he learns that an infamous vampire family his mentor fought years and years ago has returned to their old mansion in the forrest that surrounds the town. Putting his vacation on hold, Fit decides to begin keeping a close eye on the family, ready to fight if they get too close to the humans that rely on him for protection. His plans get turned upside down when he discovers that the family is far from hostile, instead taking a liking to him and treating him with nothing but respect. Apart from one of the vampires, who seems a bit more interested than the rest . . .

Summary
”Can I touch, is that okay?” Fit asks, keeping his voice low.
Pac is about to nod, but suddenly his throat feels clogged, and he feels himself begin to panic again. He wants to let Fit move closer, to have the other wrap his arms around him and tell him it’ll be alright, that he’s safe. But at the same time, the thought sends him into fight or flight mode, and he knows he’ll lose it if anyone gets too close right now, even if it’s Fit. He shakes his head quickly, looking away and pressing his forehead hard enough against his knee for it to be sore. He’s the one who reached out for the others hand, why can’t he bring himself to accept any more physical contact right now, even if he really wants it?
“That’s fine, we can take it slow, yeah? It’s alright Pac, I’m not going anywhere, I’ll stay right here with you.” Fit holds his hand just a bit tighter, and all Pac can do is reply with a choked sob.

Summary
If you’d have told the american just a week ago that these two would be getting along so well, he wouldn’t have believed you. However, their relationship seems to have taken a turn for the better, and Fit couldn’t be happier about that. The three of them haven’t exactly talked about what their shared relationship is officially, but maybe not having a label on what exactly they are is alright for the time being, Fit thinks. Baby steps after all.
A clap of thunder grabs the attention of all three, bringing them to also notice the rain falling in the distance. “Hey, y’know . . . “ Sausage says, waiting for the other two to look over at him before continuing. “That looks like a pretty bad storm, yeah? And Fit still doesn’t really have a house, and the river doesn’t look like a fun place to wait it out, so what if you both came back to my place?!”
. . .
Or, when a storm hits while the three are hanging out, Sausage invites Fit and Pac over to his house for the night. Fluff and cuddles ensue.

Fit looks between the two of them. He could cut the tension with his sword. “Uhm, are you two . . .” he pauses when both men stop their weird staring contest to look at him. “. . . good?”
Pac tilts his head. “What do you mean, Fit? Of course we’re good.”
Sausage nods. “Yup, perfectly good! Wonderful actually, absolutely wonderful.”
Pac watches as Fits eyes start to dart around, looking for something- a distraction, a conversation starter, someone else to show up and help relieve the tension. His gaze settles just over Pacs shoulder, to a field on the other side of the river. “Have you guys ever made flower crowns before?”

Or, they still haven’t interacted in canon so I’m making them interact in fic.

Or, Maximus allows Pierre to take care of him and Pierre basks in every marvelous second, pampering his lover without restraint. He does not understand why Maximus is suddenly so open to intimacy, but he certainly is not complaining. He will take all he can get, for as long as Maximus humors him.
