Vi snorted. “He’s a grown-ass man.”

“Hey,” she greeted, gaze flitting around the room, because she’d never been there before – not to Viktor’s recollection, anyway. “You busy?”
He was, actually. He always was. But this was so incredibly out of the ordinary that it was worth a lie.[or, Vi comes to Viktor for some good ol' transmasc advice]

"Well, surely you usually go for women, right?" Ezreal slurred, gesturing towards Jayce, who squirmed in his seat. "I mean, look at the size of you! You're massive. You'd be wasted on a man."
"I..." Jayce stammered, which may have seemed out of character to all but Caitlyn, "What do you mean... wasted?"
Ezreal snapped out a loud laugh, and threw his hand in the air.
"Have you seen yourself?!" Ezreal explained, "You're built like a Noxian soldier! You've probably got the strength in one arm I have in my whole body. The women swoon over that, you know. And your hands, man! What can you do with those hands-"
"I'm a Blacksmith." Jayce cut him off, seeming almost irritated, now.
"Never mind that", Ezreal chided, "They're big enough to fit around a girl's whole waist, yknow, if you find the right one. They'd let you. You couldn't do that to a man."

Jayce and Viktor go to the Kiramman's for Christmas, and meet Caitlyn's weird cousin, who has a few too many things to say about Jayce's preferences after he comes out as bisexual. Viktor has a few thoughts about it.

They were successful, in the end. They brought their cure to the Gray to the people of Zaun, distributing it for free, cost be damned, and making sure it was always readily available in all clinics and hospitals. Jayce and Cassandra constantly collaborated on ways to better her ventilation system to clean out the air pollution, and Viktor had personally designed filters for the water systems to clean up Zaun’s water supply. Viktor was in remission. And yet, Viktor’s lungs would always be scarred.
And yet, every few months, Jayce would catch Viktor smoking.

Jayce and Viktor have been married for a decade, have known each other for longer. Viktor still has a hard time accepting the fact that Jayce has chosen him above their original dream. Jayce just wants his partner to be kind to his body

Summary
In a world where Zaun's air filtration was solved sooner, and Viktor grew up relatively healthy, even the Kiramman key could not overturn the lock of oppression. Viktor has lived through innumerable losses, and when he comes down with a common cold and it drives him into a flare-up of immense proportions, he finds himself trapped in his long-repressed littlespace, developed as a coping mechanism for handling the weight of everything.
Luckily, he has a Jayce to help with that...
