    “Oh my god,” Yeonjun interrupted, exasperation mixing with something warm and unsteady, “are you actually jealous?”
    Soobin went very still. The tips of his ears burned red.
    “Of course not,” He stopped, exhaled, and then looked Yeonjun dead in the eye. “It’s just—” Soobin swallowed, glancing over his shoulder like he was checking that none of the engineers were paying attention. “I don’t like seeing you in his number.”
    Yeonjun tried and failed to smother a laugh. “You’re ridiculous.”
    Soobin stepped closer, close enough that the faint synthetic scent of his fireproofs and helmet cleaner reached Yeonjun’s nose.
    “What?” He asked, oblivious.
    “Take it off.”
    Yeonjun gaped at him. “Excuse me?”
    “Take it off,” he repeated.
    Yeonjun stared at him, heat rising up the back of his neck so fast he thought he might actually pass out.
    “Soobin,” His voice came out thin and incredulous. “I am not taking my shirt off in the middle of your garage.”

    Or, the fastest pilot in motorsport and the most gifted figure skater alive never meant to fall in love. But somewhere along the way, it stopped feeling like just friendship.
