Summary
There had been a part of Jimin that had anticipated - hoped, maybe - that the raw tension stretched between them over the years might resolve into something real once they’d come back together after their service. But Jimin hadn’t said anything, and neither had Yoongi, and here they are still stepping on each others’ toes.
Jimin has tried anxiety on for size, paranoia that Yoongi doesn’t feel the same, or at the very least doesn’t feel as much, but it doesn’t fit these days the way it used to. Not with the way Yoongi eyes him over the lip of his bottle, holds his gaze as Jimin finishes off his.
(Or: Jimin and Yoongi are in love. It's the step afterwards that's causing them so much trouble)
