Chapter Text
Cordelia and James walked out of the theater laughing together as Cordelia linked her arm in his.
"I don't believe. How could he not realised she loved him?" James exclaimed.
"I'm not sure James." Cordelia smiled." You tell me."
"What do you mean?"
"You never knew I loved you."
James gasped," I did know."
Cordelia raised her eyebrow," Really?"
"Yes."
"You only found out last years."
James huffed as he smiled. They continued to walk as rain began to pour onto their skin making them groan.
"Great!" James complained.
"It's fine." Cordelia spoke," We'll just get sick."
Cordelia's ears heard a familiar song. A song that meant everything to her. She closed her eyes as she stood in her place and smiled.
"Daisy, you coming?" James asked.
"You remember?"
James smiled," the song that played while we dance and I confessed my love."
Cordelia nodded. James took his hand out," May I have this dance?"
Cordelia laughed," Yes you may."
James spinned her around as Cordelia chuckled. The moon shined bright as against them as they danced to the song that meant everything to them. Cordelia hugged James as she now knew he wouldn't leave her.
Everything was perfect, just the way it meant to be.
