Chapter Text
Fall 2010
He and Jake have been doing coordinated Halloween costumes for a couple of years now: Buzz Lightyear and Woody; Grinch and Max. This year, Jake comes up with the bright idea of doing Hugh Hefner and Playboy Bunny.
“As long as you’re the Bunny,” Bradley says.
“Of course I’m the Bunny,” Jake replies. “Have you seen my legs?”

Bradley’s part of the costume is simple enough. He’s wearing a silky red robe over black pajamas, with a captain’s hat, and a little powder in his hair.
He wonders what Jake’s costume is like.

Bradley stares. He should have guessed that Jake would go all out.
Jake is in the classic Bunny strapless black satin bodysuit with the sweetheart neckline. The waist is cinched in to give Jake a more pronounced curve to his hips and waist than usual, and makes his shoulders look incredibly broad in contrast. Bunny ears, one lopped forward, perch on his blond head. A fake tuxedo collar circles his neck, matching the tuxedo cuffs around his wrists. He’s wearing eyeliner and there’s glitter on his shoulders.
“I had to get this fitted,” Jake says, with a squirm. “It’s got a corset built in and, jesus, it’s uncomfortable. But I guess we suffer for beauty.” He strikes a pose.
Bradley’s eyes travel down. Jake does indeed have great legs and they are currently encased in sheer black stockings with subtle stripes running down them. Platform heels give him an extra five inches of height.
“That’s… quite a look,” Bradley manages to croak.
“You haven’t seen the best part yet.” Jake turns around and waggles his ass at him, adorned with a fluffy white bunny tail.
Christ on a stick.
“Let’s go,” says Jake, walking to the door.
“No coat? You’re going to freeze,” Bradley says. He goes chasing after that bobbing white tail.

“When I look back, yeah, I should have realized I was bisexual right then and there. You looked… incredible,” Bradley says.
“You know,” Jake says slyly. “I’ve still got most of the costume.”
Bradley turns and stares at him. “Babe. We’re definitely staying in tonight.”
