Chapter Text

Izuku walked down the street with his head hanging low.
Kacchan had decided it was gonna be one of those days he shows Izuku ‘his place’ with his group of ‘friends.’
At this point Izuku was slowly getting fed up with it.
It first started when he they were four and Izuku had been misdiagnosed as quirkless.
Keyword: Misdiagnosed.
About two years later after that it was revealed he did have a quirk after all, simply a passive one.
Mental Block, a simple Mutant quirk that protected him from any sort of manipulation quirks or quirks that would force him to do things against his will by simply reflecting it back.
An overall simple quirk they only discovered after Izuku had been caught up in a widespread attack involving a villain that had some sort of brainwashing quirk.
Izuku figured since he wasn’t quirkless anymore Kacchan would want to be friends again but that simply wasn’t the case.
If anything Kacchan picked up his antics even more, putting all his effort into letting Izuku know his quirk was useless for Heroics and he shouldn’t even bother.
It was infuriating.
So Izuku could only wonder what deity he had pissed off for today to be such a horrible day the moment he saw a giant bee-like thing flying right at him.
💛
Kuin Hachisuka was in lack of better terms, out of fucks to give.
She was desperate for a host, a strong one.
For the past month she had been jumping from random host to random host and each time that blasted police force had managed to track her down.
She was out of options and nearly out of time. She didn’t have time to waste picking strong bodies.
So she didn’t question the pull she felt from her quirk when she spotted such a pathetic looking green haired boy.
This was her last resort? The kid looked like a simple breeze would blow him over.
But her quirk was pulling her to him for some reason so she didn’t question it any longer, she just went straight for the eye.
Once she was finally implanted, a more human form manifested in the boy's mindscape.
She prepared the process for the parasitic take over when suddenly a green chain shot out from nowhere and wrapped around her wrist.
What?
Soon another wrapped around her other wrist.
No.
Two more chains shot out and quickly wrapped around her legs.
No No No No.
She felt herself get dragged to the back of the mindscape where suddenly a large green cage slammed down to keep her there.
NO NO NO NO!
The fucking brat had some sort of mental defense! She couldn’t feel her quirk! She couldn’t infect the body! She was stuck and the brat got to reap all the benefits!
Kuin struggled against her chains as she tried to crawl towards the cage's bars only to be violently pulled back. She felt herself getting more sluggish every second.
She wanted out. She needed out, this couldn’t be how this ended, why would her quirk tell her to infect a host they could not control, why…
Her struggles soon came to an end as she curled up against herself, as everything faded to black.
Kuin Hachisuka, The Queen Bee had fallen dormant.
💛
Izuku was in unbearable pain.
Whatever type of bee that was had flew right into his eye and somehow managed to trigger his quirk to headache inducing levels.
The only thing he heard before everything faded to black was the sound of cars pulling up and police sirens.
💛
Izuku’s eye shot open as he sat up straight.
Immediately upon looking around two things became clear.
One, he was in the hospital, that one wasn’t very surprising.
Two, was the fact that only a single eye had opened.
Before he could panic about his missing eye his room door opened, revealing his mom and two detectives.
“MY BABY!” His mom shouted as she nearly tackled him off the bed.
He started to reassure her he was fine when the detective drew their attention to him with a cough.
“Sorry to interrupt, but I’m Detective Tsukauchi and this is.” He said pointing to his partner that appeared to have a cat mutation. “My partner, Officer Tamakawa and we were wondering if it would be alright to ask you a few questions.”
Izuku tilted his head to the side confusingly, what would they need to question him about? “Um sure i guess?”
Naomasa nodded and pulled out a pen and notebook. “Starting simple, can you please tell us your name?”
“Izuku Midoriya, detective.”
Alright now for the real questions. “Alright this question may seem odd but please bear with me. Is your name Kuin Hachisuka?”
Izuku was even more confused than before. “No?, I just told you my name…?”
The Detective simply nodded and wrote something down. “Trust me it all makes sense in a second. Do you know who Kuin Hachisuka is?”
Midoriya simply responded ‘no’ so he moved on. “Are you currently Queen Bee?”
That got Izuku to pause.
Queen bee? As in the Villain Queen Bee? The same Queen Bee who had recently attacked Naruhata?
“WHAT?!” Izuku couldn’t keep his shock contained, they were asking him if he was a villain . “Of course not! I would never be a villain, I always wanted to be a hero, I would never resort to villainy!
As the kid started to spiral into a mumble storm his mother quickly pulled him out of it allowing Naomasa to continue. “My apologies but we needed to know if she had taken control of you or if your quirk prevented it.
Izuku could only stare at the detective confusingly as he tried to process what he was just told. Taken over? What did they mean by that and what did his quirk have to do with anything about.
“What do you mean Detective?” His mom asked, beating him to the punch.
The detective sighed as if he was mentally preparing himself. “To keep it short, Kuin Hachisuka is a parasitic bee with a quirk. You may know her as Queen Bee.”
Izuku’s single eye widened as he ran his hand over his face, finally realizing he was wearing an eyepatch.
“In order to survive she takes over her host's mind and controls them against their will” The Detective continued, looking right at him. “Thankfully that isn't the case here due to your quirk.”
No, he couldn’t be implying what Izuku thought he was.
“Congratulations kid, you have full control as the new host of Queen Bee.”
