Work Text:
Galinda insists on pushing their beds together now that they're friends, which Elphaba doesn't really see the point of, but she lets Galinda do so anyways. Their new arrangement lets them whisper to each other late into the night, which is a thrillifying new experience for Elphaba, but she still doesn't quite understand Galinda's insistence on rearranging their furniture.
It isn't until one morning when she wakes up with Galinda clinging to her, limbs wrapped around and entangled with her own body, that Elphaba really sees the benefits of pushing their beds together.
