Crowley!whump fic. Future, post-canon fic where they're retired in the South Downs. Crowley's summoned by a scarily competent woman with dark intentions. Aziraphale shows up and saves him, but after a few weeks of Crowley still not healing or being able to perform miracles, he starts to worry. A few months go by as Aziraphale effectively becomes Crowley's hospice caretaker. Emotional and angsty, yet gratifying how much love is clear between them. A last minute realization on Aziraphale's part saves Crowley, and they get to have a moment together once the dust settles and they can acknowledge everything that happened.Angsty but sweet.
