Summary:

Under the silvery glow of the moon, Lily found comfort in the quietude of the secret haven that they had created. The Forbidden Forest stood as a silent witness to their clandestine meetings, where the rustling leaves and distant whispers of magical creatures served as the only background music to their stolen moments.

Pandora, with her opal eyes and eccentric charm, had captured Lily's heart in a way no spell ever could, Lily knew that it wasn’t right, Pandora deserved more than her. She couldn’t keep Pandora, at least not in the way she wanted. So she’ll settle for having her like this. This was something that she had decided to herself months ago, but after all, Lily is a weak, weak, woman.

Work Text:

As Lily made her way deeper into The Forbidden Forest, she thought to herself, would it be such a crime if she.. gave in? Would it hurt to just let herself enjoy the moments she had with Pandora in the way she wanted? Questions that had yet to be answered. The moon hung low in the sky, casting a soft glow upon the clearing where Pandora lay, her body sprawled across the dew-kissed grass. Lily felt her breath hitch slightly when her eyes gazed at Pandora, she looked ethereal.. like a being sent down from the gates of heaven. She had this aura around her, this feel as if she glowed in the deep of the night sky. Her deep bronze skin had a smooth, moonlit glow grazed upon it, the soft smile lines on her face becoming more prominent when she beamed as she noticed Lily walking towards her, her big, beautiful eyes shining like stars.

Lily laid next to Pandora, nestling up to her chest and sighing softly, she felt at peace far away from the prying eyes of the wizarding world. Pandora’s arm wrapped lazily around Lily’s waist. As they lay side by side, the silver beams of the moon created a magical halo around them. The air was filled with a sense of wonder, and their laughter echoed through the trees, blending with the symphony of the night.

"The moon is beautiful, isn't it?" Pandora whispered as she gazed at the sky, her voice a breathy sigh. Her voice has a sense of uncertainty.. and something else that Lily couldn’t quite name.

"It really is," Lily replied, her heart skipping a beat. She looked at Pandora, their eyes locking in a silent affirmation of what was blossoming between them. Lily didn’t know if she liked this realisation, but Lily is greedy. She’s greedy in the sense that she’ll let herself have Pandora, even if she doesn’t deserve it. And maybe one day, Pandora will realise that herself, but for now, she’ll let herself have this.. just this once.

Pandora then turned to Lily, her eyes filled with an emotion that needed no words. At that moment, they were the only two souls in the universe. Pandora’s hand traced Lily's soft jawline and rested on her cheek. Pandora looked at Lily, her eyes pleading a question that they both know won’t get a proper answer, Lily hesitated slightly to herself before closing their distance, lips gently touching as she sighs in surrender against Pandora. Her lips part, pink tongue dipping down to steal a taste and Lily can feel herself melt. It’s slow. So slow, it’s almost painful. Kissing Pandora, kissing her just like this, how she’s always dreamt of, it feels like submerging in sweet ambrosia, it makes Lily’s heart lurch in her chest. Pandora seems just as happy with the new pace, letting their mouths slot together as their tongues circle each other in a slow dance. The touch brought forth an incandescent glow. The world around them seemed to fade into insignificance as the moon bathed them in its soft glow, bearing witness to the magic of love under its watchful gaze.

Lily then realised, she would give in like this each time she met with Pandora. She’s a siren’s song, pulling her into the depths of the ocean to die in passion - and god, Lily fully accepts her fate, sinks into it willingly if this, is what she would be met with every time.
