Summary
Jeon Jeongguk moves to Seoul from his small pack in the woods to give his daughter, Bora, a better life. He never thought he would leave the forest behind, and he definitely never thought his daughter's kindergarten teacher would be a vampire.
Bora thinks Park Jimin's fangs are "puppy teeth." Jeongguk thinks they are a problem.
But the more time he spends around Jimin, the harder it gets for him to remember what he's supposed to be afraid of.

phew... how can I wrap it up?
first of all, one of my favorite fics of the year, what a sweet and soft piece of work. when I was reading it, I couldn't stop thinking about my parents and how difficult must have been for them to start a new life here in a new country eight years ago after spending a whole life in their country leaving their lifes behind just for me. I was Bora in my own storie and maybe this fic wasnt meant for me to analyze it from this point of view but I couldn't help it. I think the author did an amazing job and managed in a incredible way to reflect so well those feelings in Jeongguk's character as a single dad building a new life for her daughter and for him as well. Bora was brave but Jeongguk was even braver and I teared up all the time reading their conversation when Jeongguk told her about his relationship with Jimin. Beautiful.
Completely sure I'm coming back later to read it again and looking forward for the sequel 🤍
