It was a normal day in the demon realm; the sun rose and people went about their business. But suddenly, something appeared in the sky...
-Bonesborough-
It was a normal day for Eda, the Owl Lady, the (self-proclaimed) most powerful witch in the Boiling Isles. She was selling human garbage as usual until she suddenly saw people staring at the sky in panic.
"What's going on?" Eda asked a bipedal demon that resembled a blue-skinned humanoid pig.
"Look at the sky," said the demon, and then Eda saw why people were scared: there were some kind of black crystals in the sky.
"What the hell?" Eda said when she saw those things in the sky.
“! People of the Boiling Isles ¡" said a voice in the sky, frightening everyone on the islands.
-At the Emperor's Palace-
In Emperor Belos's palace, a scout from the Emperor's Coven—the finest of all covens and in the service of the Titan himself—entered the Emperor's throne room. Belos, the Titan's messenger, sat serenely on his throne when he saw the scout enter.
"What brings you here?" Belos asked gravely.
"My lord, some crystals appeared in the sky, and we don't know what..." the scout explained before a voice from the sky disturbed the room.
“! People of the Boiling Isles ¡" the voice announced.
- On all the Boiling islands-
"People of the Boiling Isles!" announced the voice in the sky. "Listen to what I'm about to say. I am a Servant..." it continued, while everywhere—Hexside, Glandus, Bonesburg, and so on—they listened helplessly to the disembodied voice. "A messenger, an emissary..." it said as the same voice began to spread through every crystal sphere and scroll. "Sent by the Creator of all, God, YHWH, the Alpha and Omega, the Presence, the One above all... Call Him what you will, for He has hundreds more names, but the important thing is that He was sent to teach, to show the truth..." the voice said as all the people, witches and demons, listened attentively, and some wondered if the being the voice described was the one who created the Titan. Meanwhile, in the Emperor's palace, Belos smiled from his throne upon hearing who had sent the voice, though he wondered what truth the voice was going to reveal.
"The truth of the human realm, or rather, the Earth."
This statement was confusing, for what secrets could the human realm, a place without magic, possibly hold?
"I don't understand a damn thing that's going on," Eda said from her post.
But before anyone could say anything more, the crystals began to project an image, and the scrolls and crystal spheres projected the same image as the crystals
