"Come ooooon, Brother!"
Ed keeps walking, doing his best to ignore Alphonse. But Al will not be ignored. He jogs up in front of Ed and does his best to walk backwards without tripping.
"Ed, please! I promise this is the last time I'll ask!"
"Wonder where I've heard that line before."
Alright. He's gonna have to go in for the kill. Al holds the little grey tabby cat right in front of his brother's face.
"How can you say no to this face, Brother?"
Ed comes to a halt and lets out that overdramatic put-upon sigh that he definitely got from Roy. Al smirks at the thought.
"If you won't let me keep her, I'm sure Roy would love this little angel."
Ah, The Elric Deadpan Stare. "You did not just try to blackmail me into letting us house a third cat in our small ass two bedroom apartment by threatening to offer her up to my boyfriend."
Al just blinks innocently, resting his chin lightly on top of the cat's head and watches as Ed visibly deflates.
With a huff, Ed shoves a finger into Al's forehead. "This is the last one."
Alphonse grins and tugs Ed into a hug, careful to keep their newest family member from getting squished.
