Summary
“You’re saying that the reason you are looking into options for a year abroad is vigilante-related?”
“Yes,” Tim says immediately. There is no hesitation there, no strange inflection to his voice. He doesn’t avoid Bruce’s eyes, nor is he fidgeting with anything.
That is how Bruce knows he’s lying.
Or: One by one, Bruce realises that his kids' future isn't set in stone.

Summary
“That boy you miss? He’s dead.” Literally. His ghost is perched on the nearby fire escape, swinging his feet in the air. Next to him stand two drug dealers, a gun smuggler, and a prostitute. Jason killed the first three within the last week and watched the fourth one die just yesterday. He hasn’t caught her killer yet, but he’s working on it. Will be working on it, at least, once he escapes this lecture.
Or: Jason Todd sees ghosts. Jason Todd is also a murderer. He makes it work, until he sees that Red Robin has a surprising number of ghosts of his own.

Summary
It's not *Tim's* fault Batman slept with his mom sixteen years ago, or Tim's fault that Bruce Wayne regrets signing away his parental rights fifteen years ago, but Jack Drake sure thinks it is. Now Damian is bugging him about cows and family and Jason and Dick won't stop kidnapping him and Bruce is acting like court orders don't matter, like he doesn't have a huge bat-shaped secret to protect from literally the whole freaking world.
Why is Tim the only functioning adult in this situation?
This was supposed to be coated in angst, but it fell in the fluff bucket instead. (So, update, some people are saying this may not be as fluffy as I am advertising it. I plead the 5th.)

Summary
“Goddamnnit Robin,” Hood is there, pulling him into his arms. Robin sees that helmet, he sees the green eyes, the dark hair, he sees open, gray, Gotham sky, and hears tires squealing, and then he sees stone. He sees the cave.
Bruce is there. Alfred is there. Dick is there.
And Hood is there.
Robin rolls in and out of consciousness. He reaches out, snatches the smell of copper and the touch of leather, and he holds Hood’s hand and he does not let go.
He’s allowed to say it now.
“Jason,” he says. “Don’t leave.”
Or, following Dick telling Tim about his older brother, to Tim actually knowing him
