Summary
They say that you can either let the world destroy you or destroy the world. Izuku doesn't know which category he falls into, but he does know that he won't let anyone be hurt like he was hurt if he can help it.
With unconventional methods, a few broken bones and self-sacrificing attitude, the vigilante dubbed Carbon Cat attempts to balance crime fighting, evading arrest, living alone, and high school. He can't tell which one is the most difficult.
OR: in which Izuku never receives One For All, becomes a vigilante and tries to keep everyone at an arms length. Doesn't mean they'll let him, though.

Summary
Datastream is known by most of the Underground Heroes and many of the better Spotlight Heroes as a master of surveillance, able to supply information, co-ordinate back up when overwhelmed, they call on medical support when there are injuries, even call in a hero's takedown on occasion.
To one Underground Hero, though, Datastream is better known as Midoriya Izuku, Aizawa Shouta's nephew.

Summary
Izuku Midoriya’s been through some deep shit. It all started with All Might’s death at USJ.
Everyone thought the villains were done after killing the Symbol of Peace, until shortly after graduating from Yuuei, Tomura Shigaraki launched his plans into action- the Noumu Apocalypse.
That went wrong however, and the Noumu tore themselves free from Shigaraki’s control and killed without restraint- The world burned to the ground in just a few years, and the lives of anyone who lived became an endless battle.
Izuku was sure he was one of the last remaining heroes in Japan. Izuku sort of liked his life, because here he had a use.
But it didn’t mean Izuku didn’t miss his old life- sometimes he wished he could turn back time.
And so he did.
A fresh start. A Rewind.

Izuku midorya was kidnapped by the military when he was four years old and forced into brutal torture and training in order to become the perfect soldier, they succeeded, he has a powerful and dangerous quirk, amazing combat skills, he feels nothing and doesn’t argue with orders. There’s nothing he can’t do. And now izuku has been sent to an undercover mission at UA where he almost immediately sets off some alarm bells in the teachers minds everything from his uncomfortably straight posture, the way he blindly obeys orders, little to no social skills to his incredible combat skills equal to those of most of his teachers and the fact the boy despite 14 is absolutely littered in scars, some of which look like gun shot wounds. The boy was a walking red flag.
An the teachers at UA were going to figure out why the boy was the way he was if it was the last thing they did.

He'll be the Hero he couldn't be.
Or, Midoriya Izuku was Quirkless, was gifted a Quirk from All Might, went to Yuuei, fought in a War, lived through the After and was supposed to die. Only he finds himself back in the past with a skewed moral code, PTSD, and an extreme desire to stop his friends from dying brutal deaths. He is going to change the future, make some friends, maybe find a boyfriend, give some Villains a reason to be better and stop some Heroes. For better or for worse.
