Obi-Wan was supposed to track the bounty hunter, detain him, and bring him to Coruscant for questioning. He was not supposed to uncover a clone army, start a galaxy-wide war, and share a drug-induced heat with the very bounty hunter he was supposed to detain.
Or the one where Obi-Wan and Jango share a drug-induced heat & rut on Geonosis and somehow keep ending up in each other's beds throughout the Clone Wars.

Summary
In some universes, master/padawan sexual relationships are healthy. In some they are not. An A/B/O world where the master would rather not have to deal with the hormones of a padawan he does not love, not even platonically.
Due to changes in AO3 policy, there is now a strict limit on tags, and as a result I had to remove tags while this work was in progress in order to continue posting. Obi-Wan is an omega but since qui-gon died he's in constant stress so his first heat as an omega never came, and he didn't think he was an omega because he never presented so he thinks he's a beta, and then the clone wars happened, and then anakin got hurt so his feral omega self got activated, but that also means his first heat is also starting too.
His body loves to multitask, huh.
