“Leia,” Luke says, grabbing her wrist, making her pause, just for a moment. “I’m happy to see you too.”
His sister’s face softens. “You need to visit more often, or let us onto that moon of yours.”
“Soon,” Luke says. “I’ll probably be down a student after this.”
“What?” Han asks, “Why? Is the little green guy done?”
“Well–”
Leia holds up her hand, “I am just as curious, but we need to go now.” she turns to her partner, “You okay with Ben?”
“Yeah,” Han says, looking a little offended. He lifts Ben back into his arms, tucking him onto his hip. “We’ll be in the audience. Good luck.” he turns to squeeze Luke’s shoulder as he walks back down the hall. “I hope you find your lost Mandalore.”
Luke turns to Leia, “Wait, what?”
Or: Din Djarin shows up on Yavin 4 unnanouced with no indication of leaving any time soon. And normally that would be fine...but Luke and the Force both agree there is something very off about him.

If you ask Luke, it seems almost like their paths are interwoven. Like even if he tried, he could not stop meeting the Mandalorian. Of course, he doesn’t want to stop, it’s just never really the right time to start.
The story of all the times they meet and say goodbye, and the one time they decide that it’s time to stop running in circles.
